Great location, amazing service, and friendly staff. I absolutely loved staying at W Paris - Opera. The hotel's central location made it easy for me to explore the city. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel for its ideal location and excellent service.

The hotel had everything I needed for a fantastic stay. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. I especially loved the buffet breakfast, which had a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the location was superb. It was conveniently located near two major Metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, there were many wonderful eateries nearby, offering great dining options.

The buffet breakfast is amazing! Comfortable bed. Nice view of the Opera. Perfect location, minutes walk from Galeries Lafayette. Fabulous suite, plenty of space. Excellent bath and shower facilities. Incredible staff. Proximity to most locations. Knowledgeable and helpful concierge team.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, just steps away from the Opera and within walking distance of all the main attractions. The room was spacious and comfortable, with high ceilings and a great view of the city. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious and there were plenty of facilities to make our stay convenient. it was a wonderful experience.

The only downside was the slightly small bathroom, but it was still functional and not a major issue.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience with exclusive amenities like personalized toiletries and comfortable bedding. the restaurant served a delicious continental breakfast with fresh fruits and pastries. the bar/lounge area was perfect for relaxing with a drink in hand after a long day of exploring. the service was exceptional with friendly and attentive staff who recommended great places to visit in the nearby location.

The only minor issue we encountered was the small size of the room, which was expected in a boutique hotel. Despite the beautiful room design, there wasn't much space to store our belongings which made it somewhat cramped.

Had a great Christmas experience at this 5-star hotel. Loved the complementary hot cocoa and cookies at check-in, and the festive decorations throughout the property. Also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to nearby attractions. The hotel is located in a prime spot with easy access to shopping and dining options.

The room was quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around with luggage. Additionally, the staff didn't seem particularly friendly or welcoming, which was a bit disappointing.
